Reservations / Booking Terms & Conditions

Changeover, Arrival and Departure

Changeover day for the holiday home is agreed upon during your reservation and as such the accommodation may not be released for rental until approximately 4pm on the day of arrivial.

Parklands are not obliged to release the accommodation before the stipulated time, nor shall the guest remain within the property after the agreed departure time, unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us to arrange alternative times if required, Parklands reserve the right to amend or refuse any alternative and requested times.

Making the Bookings

Once we have received your booking request or enquiry and have confirmed availability, we will contact you to finalise your reservation. You may be asked to confirm your booking with a small deposit of the total cost. This is agreed during your booking / reservation request and is refuned prior to your departure. Upon receipt of your confirmation and deposit we will send you a final confirmation of your booking.
